Insights - Overview

Insights overview provides a ready-to-use, concise view of the band insights. You can click on the results here to drill down into detailed results (Content view) and start slicing and dicing the data. The sections include Brand Listening,  Keyword Stats, Top Discoverd Topics, Sentiments, Brand Impressions (map), Top Twitter users, Channel (Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, YouTube) stats.
 



Advanced Topic: How to view results for a specific hourly time window.
Currently this feature is not supported in the user interface. As a workaround, you have to edit the URL by appending start_time and end_time parameters at the end of URL, using this format:
&start_time=10:00&end_time=17:00

This is how the complete URL may look like - change the site name to your own to try this out.
